Description:

• Fragrant pink flowers in a spike like cluster of 2-10
• Stalk either leafless or may have one leaf narrow and lance-shaped
• A yellow bearded lip grows on top of the flower rather then at the bottom
• Often appears growing out of the sphagnum moss

Habitat:

• Mature bogs especially near ocean
• Swamps
• Along lakeshores
